Spring Woods is located in the valley of Heyuan City (the “Capital of all Greenery”) in the Greater Bay Area, and it has a very beautiful ecological resource. Lot E, where the project is located, is the center of the town where the valley streams meet. Based on the previous architectural planning of “Chapel of Song”, One-tenth makes an overall planning for the whole Lot E where “Chapel of Song” is located, and created a “poetry path” along the most beautiful valley by following the spirit of “Chapel of Song”. On this poetry path, through the planning of a group of “Box Buildings” with different functions, One-tenth has attracted talents from all places, explored new cultural industries, carried the poetic spirit of Spring Woods, conveyed the poetic pursuit, and led the poetic dwellings.
